Summary
CVE-2023-20230 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC). This issue arises from improper access control within the restricted security domain implementation, which can enable authenticated, remote attackers to manipulate non-tenant policies. By exploiting this vulnerability, an attacker can read, modify, or delete access policies created by users in different security domains. However, policies under tenants that the attacker has no access to remain unaffected.
