Summary

CVE-2023-20196 refers to two vulnerabilities in Cisco ISE that allow authenticated, remote attackers to upload arbitrary files to affected devices. To exploit these vulnerabilities, an attacker needs valid Administrator credentials. An attacker could exploit these flaws by uploading a maliciously crafted file, potentially allowing them to store and later use malicious files on the device, ultimately leading to the execution of arbitrary code with root privileges.
