Summary

CVE-2023-1841 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting all versions of Honeywell MPA2 Access Panel prior to R1.00.08.05. This issue is caused by improper neutralization of input during web page generation, enabling attackers to inject malicious scripts. The vulnerability can be exploited to steal user data or take control of user sessions. Honeywell has released firmware update R1.00.08.05 to address this issue, and users are encouraged to upgrade to ensure protection against XSS attacks using invalid characters.
