Summary

CVE-2022-4907 is a vulnerability affecting Google Chrome versions prior to 108.0.5359.71. This issue involves uninitialized usage in FFmpeg, which is a multimedia framework integrated into Chrome. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by creating a specially crafted HTML page, and as a result, execute arbitrary code inside the Chrome sandbox. The severity level assigned by Chromium security team is medium.
