Summary

CVE-2020-36739 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the Feed Them Social plugin for WordPress.Versions up to and including 2.8.6 are impacted by this issue. The root cause is the absence or incorrect implementation of nonce validation in the my_fts_fb_load_more() function. Consequently, unauthenticated attackers can manipulate feeds by tricking administrators into executing a malicious action, such as clicking a link. This vulnerability poses a significant risk to WordPress sites using the Feed Them Social plugin and should be addressed promptly.
