Summary

CVE-2020-23564 is a file upload vulnerability affecting SEMCMS version 3.9. An attacker can exploit this weakness to run arbitrary code by uploading malicious files to the SEMCMS_Upfile.php. This vulnerability poses a serious risk as it allows unauthorized remote access to execute commands on the targeted system. Successful exploitation can lead to data theft, website defacement, or even complete system takeover.
