Summary

CVE-2020-23452 is a newly identified cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Selenium Grid version 3.141.59. This issue permits attackers to inject and execute arbitrary web scripts or HTML codes through a specially crafted payload in the hub parameter under the /grid/console page. Exploiting this vulnerability could lead to unauthorized data access, session hijacking, or other malicious activities. Users are strongly advised to upgrade to the latest stable version of Selenium Grid to mitigate this risk.
