Summary
CVE-2000-0147 is an vulnerability affecting the SNMP daemon (snmpd) in SCO OpenServer. By default, the SNMP community string is writable, allowing local attackers to manipulate the host's configuration. This vulnerability poses a risk, as an attacker could make unauthorized changes to the system's settings, potentially leading to security breaches or denial-of-service conditions.
