Summary
CVE-1999-1559 is a vulnerability affecting Xylan OmniSwitch versions prior to 3.2.6. This issue enables remote attackers to bypass the login prompt by inputting a CTRL-D character. This action locks other users out of the switch since it only supports one active session at a time. Attackers can exploit this to gain unauthorized access and potentially compromise the switch's configuration or network traffic.
