Summary

CVE-1999-1515 is a vulnerability affecting TenFour TFS Gateway 4.0. A misconfiguration in the gateway enables an attacker to send messages with incorrect sender and recipient addresses, leading to a denial of service condition. The gateway repeatedly attempts to return the erroneous messages every 10 seconds, causing a continuous disruption in service. This issue can be mitigated by ensuring proper configuration of the gateway to prevent the processing of malicious messages.
