Summary
CVE-1999-1503 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Network Flight Recorder (NFR) versions 1.5 and 1.6. Malicious actors can exploit this flaw by sending a TCP packet with null header and data fields, resulting in a crash of the nfrd component.
