Summary
CVE-1999-1491 is a vulnerability affecting Red Hat 2.1's abuse.console component. This issue arises from the use of relative pathnames in executing the undrv program. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by creating a Trojan horse program and pointing the pathname to it. As a result, local users can execute arbitrary commands, posing a significant security risk.
