Summary
CVE-1999-1465 is a vulnerability affecting Cisco IOS 11.1 to 11.3 with distributed fast switching (DFS) enabled. An attacker can exploit this issue to bypass certain access control lists when traffic is switched from a DFS-enabled input interface to an output interface with a logical subinterface. This vulnerability, as detailed in Cisco bug CSCdk43862, could potentially allow unauthorized access to network devices.
