Summary
CVE-1999-1464 is a vulnerability affecting Cisco IOS 11.1CC and 11.1CT with distributed fast switching (DFS) enabled. An attacker can exploit this issue to bypass certain access control lists, enabling unauthorized access to network traffic. This occurs when a router switches traffic from a DFS-enabled interface to one that does not support DFS. Cisco identified this vulnerability in bug report CSCdk35564.
