Summary
CVE-1999-1412 is a vulnerability affecting Apple MacOS X version 1.0 and Apache HTTP server. This issue permits remote attackers to induce a denial of service (DoS) by flooding CGI programs with an excessive number of HTTP GET requests. As a result, the server crashes due to an excessive generation of processes. This vulnerability could be exploited to disrupt the availability of affected systems.
