Summary

CVE-1999-1368 is a vulnerability affecting the AV Option for MS Exchange Server used by InoculateIT version 4.53, and possibly other versions. This issue arises due to the scanning limitation of the antivirus solution, which only scans the Inbox folder tree of a Microsoft Exchange server. Consequently, if a user's rules redirect messages to other mailboxes, viruses may evade detection, posing a significant risk to the email security of the affected organization.
