Summary

CVE-1999-1338 is a vulnerability affecting Delegate proxy version 5.9.3 and earlier. It allows an attacker to create files and directories in the DGROOT with world-writable permissions. This can potentially lead to unauthorized modification, disclosure, or execution of sensitive data or applications. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted requests to the affected Delegate proxy server.
