Summary

CVE-1999-0824 is a vulnerability affecting Windows NT systems. It permits a user to map a drive letter to a folder using the SUBST command, which is not properly unmapped after logoff. Consequently, a previous user may continue to have access and the ability to modify the location of folders that are later accessed by other users.
