Summary
CVE-1999-0438 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting WebRamp systems. Malicious UDP packets can be sent to port 5353, allowing remote attackers to alter the IP address of the targeted system. This results in the WebRamp server becoming unresponsive and unavailable to legitimate users.
