Summary
CVE-1999-0225 is a denial-of-service vulnerability affecting Windows NT 4.0. An attacker can cause the system to crash by sending a malformed SMB logon request with a data size mismatch. The actual data size does not align with the size specified in the request, leading to an unintended system response and resulting in a denial-of-service condition.
