Summary

CVE-1999-0113 is a vulnerability affecting certain implementations of the rlogin protocol. This issue permits an attacker to gain root access by using the -froot parameter during the remote login process. The vulnerability arises due to insufficient access control checks, enabling unauthorized users to elevate their privileges.
